The following service terms set forth the terms and conditions of the contract being established between you and Kryptechs Solutions. These terms will be applied to your agreement with Kryptechs Solutions for crypto tracking and other investigations and consultations related to Blockchain. By using our products and services, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions herein set forth.

Acceptance of Services

• You are accountable for and liable for your own communications. You shall use the Service in accordance with all relevant legislation and laws, including any legislation relating to the transmission of technical information exported from your place of residence, local, state, national and international.
• You must not consent to, allow, or encourage any other party to:
• Use the Service to submit, disseminate, or otherwise distribute any material to the communication channel, including illegal, defamatory, intimidating, harassing, fraudulent, obscene viruses.
• Upload, transmit, or distribute material in violation of the intellectual property rights of another Party or other proprietary, contractual or fiduciary rights or responsibilities;
• Use the Service to violate other people's personal privacy (e.g., harassment or stalking);
• Use the Service for any purpose that is fraudulent or inappropriate.
• You are not allowed to monitor, post, or copy material from the Service by a robot, spider, another automated device, or manual process, except through the APIs expressly made accessible by Kryptechs Solutions.
• Violation of any of the above or any other violation of these Service Terms may result in your immediate repossession and may expose you to federal and state sanctions and other legal repercussions. Kryptechs Solutions retains the right to delete or reject any material on the Service at any time, including contents that breach these Service Terms. Kryptechs Solutions is not responsible or liable under these Terms of Service for the exercise or non-exercise of its rights.

User Accounts

• You are the only person authorized to use your account, username, and password provided by us. You agree that you will not allow anyone to use your password or account and take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized people from getting your password and accessing the service details.
• In the case of corporate or enterprise accounts, each corporate subscription allows you to establish different user accounts allowing access to other individuals.
• We are extremely concerned about your privacy and the integrity of your information. All the data or information processing and usage will comply with our Privacy Policy. Please read it to know how your personal information and details will be protected.

Bills and Payments

• Products and services offered by Kryptechs Solutions will be accessible only after the full or partial payment, depending on the nature of services needed. However, pre-consultation regarding the services and product information will be free of cost.
• Payments will be accepted via Bitcoin, PayPal, and Credit cards only.
• You may subscribe to our monthly or annual plans for regular crypto tracking, blockchain investigations, consultation, and advisory reports.
• Kryptechs Solutions reserves the right to reject payments to accounts with a fraudulent attempt.

Withdrawal and Refund Policy

If you withdraw from the service agreement, we will deduct a small percentage of the payments we receive from you. The conditions for the withdrawal deductions and refund percentages are listed below:

• If you cancel your service agreement within 24 hours, we will refund 91% to 94%, and 6%-9% will be deducted.
• If you cancel your service agreement after 24 hours, we will refund 75%, and 25% will be deducted.

The withdrawal may include all of your costs of products or services (Excluding additional costs arising from your choice of purchase other than the least expensive type of standard product we provide).

We shall make such a refund using the same payment method as the original transaction unless explicitly agreed on any other method.

Applicable Law

The US Federal Reserve Act will be applied exclusively concerning payments and withdrawal policies.

Other Terms

If any term of this ‘Terms & Conditions” is deemed unlawful by the court or judiciary with sufficient competence, the legality of the other parts of this agreement that remain fully in force and effectiveness shall not be affected by the invalidity. No waiver of any terms of this Agreement will be considered to constitute an additional or continuing waiver of any term. Nothing in these Terms of Services will be considered to convey any rights or advantages to third parties.

Kryptechs Solutions may offer clients connections to third-party websites. Kryptechs Solutions does not regulate websites of other parties and is not responsible for the contents of any connected sites, websites of third parties, or links to the linked website. In the same way, Kryptechs Solutions does not support, promote or authorize any websites of third parties connected by the Service, and is not responsible for the content or use of the material accessible.
